Syska gadget secure — damage insurance claim My phone was accidently damaged. I have submited my handset to syska 240 days before now. I am contacting syska since 8 months. And i claimed mi-redmi irla vile prale prime mall service centre but his say no proper id proof and no document etc. This is a fraud policy Today 240 days has been crossed and i still didn't get my cell phone. Also they are cheating as by putting the false status of device on their website. The status is device repaired but the service center says that no work has been done on mobile yet.
