Xiaomi India — battery charging issue and complain is not attended from 1 month | |||
I have purchased xiaomi Redmi2 in 19.04.2015 after few days this phone giving problem of battery low. Then the problem converted to not charging. One month ago i took the phone to the service centre they told me to solve the problem in 1 week. But now the time cross the limit of 1 month and my patience is too. Now i am going to complain of this to consumer court. .I Had given the phone for charging issue at sec-18 noida (SATYAM COMMUNICATION).He Had Replaced my Adapter After That Also The Problem Persist.Then Again On[protected] they told me my data cable is damaged and they invented the cable for replacement.and that phone is ok so i Gave my Cable to them.I will go far for fighting with xiaomi. I just want my refund amount of 6, 999/- onwards. I have purchased the phone from flipkart and the told me they are not responsible for this and they did not bear this. delaying for repair
I have submitted my set a month ago they said to return after 25 days now after more than 25 days they are saying that they will repair my mobile when company will provide components.4%
