Xiaomi India — Box is in laminated packing but seal is in broken condition | |||||
I hereby declare my unhappiness about the unprofessionalism shown by mi. I ordered a redmi note prime 16 gb in white colour on 19th july 2016 (Order id: [protected]), my servant received it on 20th july 2016 and i have checked it in the night the box was in laminated packing but box seal was broken. So i have called at xiaomi customer care number within 24 hours to mr. Ajay, according to mr. Ajay i have send e-mail at service.[protected]@xiaomi.Com and some snapshots of phone box also. I have not opened the lamination of the box yet and i'm continuously calling to mi representatives but no one is taking my concern seriously. When i requested to replace the faulty piece, with a new piece, this is the copy pasted line that they use on every call. "we would like to inform you that your issue has been escalated to the relevant team so we would like to request to you kindly wait for some more time we will get back to you as soon as possible" Now they have even stop responding to my calls. Now i want to returned the phone and refund my money. I cannot guarantee the contents of the box as the seal is broken. My order no. My MI 4 phone is 10 months old and has been damaged due to water. I had taken it to the service center and they said 10000 RS for the motherboard and display damaged. The phone itself costs RS 14000. I just wanted to ask that if it is so costly to repair a damaged 15000 RS phone. Please help me in this situation.
