Xiaomi India — Charging issue in on mode

Have a problem in charging my mobile and device submitted in tvse vashi - service center at 6th oct 2016.
After 12 days still my issue not resolved even still they don't know another how much time it will take.
Xiaomi team also not halping. Worst service.
