I order one MI Note 3 Gold From direct Mi site on 30 march sale and received on 6th of April. but i got network issue in this device. i checked with my another phone it's working fine. call to customer care and tell problem they suggested me to update the software i do the same but again same issue. going to service center they said submitted your phone when we get the update from MI we update you the same.
i requested to MI give me the replacement but they deny for replacement and said wait for network update MI technical team working on it.
my main concern only this if customer not satisfied with product on the first day of purchase date then why company claim that if customer not satisfied then they given replacement or return back the money within 10 days.
