Xiaomi India — Complaint for non-receipt of xiaomi 3s phone | |||||
Dear sir, I am writing this with profound grief that my phone redmi 3s not received yet after 30 days. I have purchased this phone from mi site online. It was billed on 06th dec 2016. I send my phone through fedex for repair in ahamdabad in mi service centre on 21.01.2017 as adviced by mi team. But unfortunately status of my packet is not updated till now, its almost 30 days i have not received my phone. One day mr dinesh from fedex has call me for the lost of my phone in delhi and he said we have made your claim but we will send your claim to mi inida because we are the courier partner of mi and mi has instructed us to take the shipment. I could not trace my phone, my tracking no. Was[protected] but it was not updated till now. . My inq. No is [protected] pick up no. Ixja67 But after continuous chat on phone and online chat with mi customer support executives i am not able to know how i get my claim because every time they said we are working on the issue you should wait for some time.
