Xiaomi India — Complaint : non functionality of mobile phone (redmi 3s prime gold, 32 gb) | |||
Dear sir, I have raised below complaint with xiaomi. Kindly refer the below email and would request you to initiate the necessary action. Dear sir, I have purchased redmi 3s prime (Gold, 32 gb) on september 07 2016through flipkart, order id: od[protected]. The product was delivered to me on september 10 2016. Suddenly few days back (From 28th sept 2016) the phone stopped working, its went in sleep mode whenever i received or make a call or open any application, and for awakening up i have to restart the phone. It is clear from the above facts that my product is not good. I have visited the service center and submitted the phone but the service center is saying that i have to pay rs. 3000/-, for repair. My question is ‘why should i pay the said amount i. E. Rs.3000/-‘, since my phone is in warranty period and the warranty period is 1 year. Neither my phone is broken nor its went in water then why should i pay the amount. My demand are as follows:- 1) replace my phone with some another phone 2) if above is not possible then my current phone need to repair without any cost and in good condition 3) and i should must receive some standby phone for use in return without fail, till my phone don’t get repaired. I request your goodselfs to seriously look into the matter and provide your submission within 3 days from the receipt of this letter. Relevant documents to support the above facts are enclosed herewith for your ready perusal. Thanks & regards Manoj chandola Mobile no.
