I had submitted my Xiaomi 11T Pro smartphone to the authorized service center on 20 June 2025 for a battery replacement. The device was fully functional except for battery issues.
After the battery replacement on 25 th of june, I found that the speakers stopped working completely, even though they were perfectly functional before the repair. When I informed the service center at the time of receiving only, they claimed it is a separate issue and asked for additional payment to repair it.
They also misbehaved with us their behaviour was not all professional.this was not expected from an authorised service centre
This is clearly negligence during service, and I should not be asked to pay for damage caused by their mishandling.
