I Have Purchased Xiaomi Redmi 10 Prime 2022 Mobile On (17-Oct-2022, The Phone Had Got Shutdown And Don't Know The Reason.
I Tried The Charge The Phone Where It Was Not Responding And Was Not Getting Charge. On 15-May-2023,
Then I Took It To Near By Xiaomi Service Center [Tanny Communnication, 201, 2nd Floor, Mahek Icon, Beside Sumul Dairy,
Near Railway Station, Sumul Dairy Road, Surat, Gujarat 395003]. After They Inspected The Mobile They Had Sent Me Message On Whatsapp
[ Dear Mi Fan, Your Mobile Repair Job Sheet Number WXIN[protected] Has Been Repaired And Total Estimated Repair Cost Is 0.0.
It Will Be Delivered To You By 2023/05/20. You May Reach Out To Us On [protected] For Any Further Assistance. ]

I Got The Above Message After 2 Days They Called Me And Told Me If You Have Opened This Mobile Somewhere,
Then I Said That For The First Time, There Is A Problem With My Mobile, So I Have Come Here And It Is Under Warranty,
So Why Should I Open It Somewhere? They Told Your Mobile Will Not Work, Now The Company Has Made It Out Of Warranty This Mobile Is Opened Somewhere.
When I Called Mi Customer Care For The Last Time, They Are Telling That The Phone Will Not Be Made Under Warranty You Have To Pay Charged.

I Am Very Upset Since Day Please Help Me. I Hope I Get A Solution Soon. Thankyou

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the persistent issues I have been facing with my mobile device. I purchased the device, [Mobile Device Model], on [Date] from [Retailer/Online Store], and it has been causing significant problems since then.

    Heating Issue: The mobile device consistently overheats during regular usage, even for simple tasks such as browsing the internet or making phone calls. The excessive heat not only makes it uncomfortable to hold the device but also raises concerns about potential damage to the internal components.

    Slow Charging: The device takes an unreasonably long time to charge, even when using the original charger and cable provided by the manufacturer. This slow charging greatly hampers the usability and convenience of the device, as it often fails to reach a sufficient charge level within a reasonable timeframe.

    Slow Response: The mobile device exhibits sluggish performance and significantly delayed response times, making it frustrating and time-consuming to navigate through apps, access menus, or perform any basic tasks. The slow response severely impacts my productivity and overall user experience.

    Hanging: The device frequently hangs and becomes unresponsive, necessitating manual restarts. This problem occurs irrespective of the apps or processes running at the time, rendering the device unreliable and disrupting my workflow on numerous occasions.

    I would like to emphasize that I have taken several troubleshooting steps, including clearing cache, closing background apps, and ensuring the software and apps are up to date. However, none of these actions have alleviated the persistent issues I am facing.

      I have placed a repair on 9th june 2023, technician visit on 14th (after several calls to customer care and technician )
      He just remove water filter and fitted again and says purifier is fine in working condition.he takes 250 rs cash for that and not giving any receipt of repair,
      But purifier is not working after that, i called him several times.he behaves rudely and now not picking up calls.

      They false update of request status that is i (means me ) dont not want to repair purifier
      And they close this request
      Now 10 days over yet my purifier is not repaired...
      Regarding i have called customer support also, very poor response

After following with the team since last Sunday, Now the Xiaomi support team is saying the offer is not there so I won't get the smart speakers.

            I have ordered Mi air buds 3 lite, but received a defective product on 12 May, 2023. I have requested to get it exchanged from the service center. They did not replaces after even after 17 days. After 17 days they told me to get it replaced from other service since their service centerb is going to close. Now on 30Nov, 2023 I have deposited this with other service center. Now its 9 days and still did not received my replaced product.

            Complain is registered with mobile number-[protected] in the name of Tabasumbir Singh.

            I am very much disappointed with the services because its been 1 month and I have not received the replaced product yet.

              This is my second complaint here. Last 1.5 month since I complained, have every day someone or the other just calling instead of resolving issue. When the email dept, the social media dept priti, then some Vikas technician, then some Purushottam from some other team AGREED with replacement of my New TV that had undergone different trouble shooting with no fix and I will not entertain anyone anymore as all are absolutely useless, everytime some new technician some new trial and again start from scratch.. And they agreed that they can see the notes and I made sure will not repeat the whole story, spend half hour with each talking, yet I still have feedback team and back end team AGAIN calling DAILY someone new and asking the same QUESTION what's the problem and they can only see am not allowing anyone to come anymore. They can't see, read the story nor the previous wrote. What do you guys want? You give old two yr old TV from factory then your installation guy goo[censored]p, lack knowledge, misguide, allowing 7 day to get over then I keep complaining, your people send technician, do reboot, reset then software update and everytime someone new and they close complaint after every visit and make sure those technician DON'T RESPOND to your text and call so I have to start fresh everytime. Tired of two months as this is how you DRAG all of you then tell that it is out of replacement. STOP HARASSMENT. You think you will harass and that's the reason you have created this customer service dept which is of no service to the customers but to make sure to harass and stress the customers to save your company's profit money. IS THERE ANY HONESTY LEFT?. Any humanity???
              Received a call and text stating they will send a technician for diagnose.. Wherein my point is how many times. Been two months and tired of attending calls and technician and texting them on WhatsApp sharing videos of issue yet no respond and then talk to at least 20 people till now from different dept and the recent so called Rahul technician attended and said some bug issue so will upload software but issue persist and tv keeps hanging. Be it you tube or any video after an hour or so it hangs everytime. You guys did all kind of reset and then other steps now you want to dig and repair wherein my point is WHY? When had the issue since day one but your installation guy said just internet or file not compatible or speedy and do soft reset etc etc and wasted seven deadly replacement period. So
              What next.. After software update for virus that your previous technician diagnosed and I entertained, allowed, observed and in two hours having same issue, captured video, sent to the same technician but he didn't respond to and I had to raise another complaint.. So what do you think you guys are trying to do? Play a game? Everytime send a new technician, he diagnoses then either he can't see the fault while he is attending so he leaves and if we send video when it happens as it is random, you have to watch it for an hour at least and it gets stuck.. So you are trying to say I keep inviting and entertaining the technic until they see it themselves and for that they enjoy some entertainment to capture Real Time. Then escalate then again fix some bug, ask to watch and if issue persist then complaint or call the same so called engineer but he won't respond as his work of that day to put a tick to all call assigned done. So new complaint, new technician and story goes on.. Repeat cycle.. And keep repeating the same history of all the complaints as you guys don't put notes. Each time fresh call. And all this to a BRAND NEW TV... So what is this if not HARASSMENT??

                  This is the second month since the tv purchased around 10th April from the Mi app and my several complaints since the second day of installation. Tired of talking to several technician everytime, entertaining them to do their so called trouble shooting steps to fix as per them and then issue remains same or get worse but they close the case, not to wait or do follow up and on top not to reply the next moment if we call or text stating problem persist. You need to everytime make a fresh complaint and follow the whole procedure, explain and entertain. And then they want to capture the problem so be it the green screen or video stuck with sound on, dialogue song playing, if it doesn't happen when they visit then you end up wasting time and energy and case closed, log again.. So then you capture when problem happens, they send technician stating virus issue so software update will fix but in next two hours still same or worse issue.. Now the frequency of video stopping more. But they don't reply to your call or text and case closed so you call again, complain, fresh complaint, same procedure, same excuse...then complained via email, some Ravi responded, wasted time repeating the whole story as they have NO RECORDS.. But waste of time again.. Complained on fb. They reverted, each day reply, not chat and fix.. So been a week playing chat chat and then some Priti calls, reiterated the story of once again, she said will escalate.. No ideas what they are doing. Given a complaint or service request no.. Said will resolve by 5th June.. And then the technician Vikas calls, again repeated the story, he said will escalate and put request for replacement. I told I want refund as this is my first Mi experience and from the first day issue.. He asked to send the video with model on his WhatsApp but then he didn't respond on WhatsApp where to send nor answered calls and today after three days as the complaint still open and he not responding so escalated and some Amit called saying will send technician to check, and if needed replace the parts so will order parts and that's another dance.. Which I Denied that I WON'T ANY MORE. There were previous technician, Ashish then Rahul, why did they stop replying or answering phone text call after visit? Though they always say if any issue call and won't close case until confirm but they close the call.. And just for the heck put tick mark on their list of calls to be attended and ticket closed. Are we not humans? Is this how you run a business and make customer take extra warranty.. Like a doctor giving some meds for temporary fix and patient keeps coming back getting harassed disturbed and drained physically and every way..

                  I spoke to installation guy telling the different issue asking if normal and he told to do soft reset factory reset etc and be patient and seven day period got over. I had not removed the sticker also and told the installation person that having issue so if need to replace will it be fine. He said can remove all sticker and no problem. And now been 1.5 month of drama. They treat like it is some old TV. As if I have all the time just to talk chat entertain their technician to fix tv which is brand new. I Want my Refund. I will not Entertain and Dance as per your different technician and rules. As a single mother with my health issue, ocd and panic attack you can't push me to my depression because you guys want to earn money on customers hard earned money. It is your fault that if there are so many complaint register and you tube made to fix green display and fast boost and what not which means it's the brand and model issue or both

                  (which unfortunately I happen to find only after buying the tv and facing problem cause before that one only checks best price and different options and general reviews which most people write soon after installation and are basic wherein they express their excitement with price sound picture as per money.)

                  My question to the last technician Rahul was why didn't the company fix the model if problem if virus causing green display common and if the model old lying in warehouse then why wasn't the installation guy educated to upload the software during installation to fix the virus? And even after all your so called excuses and trouble shooting everything is same or rather worse then why do you think I would trust you to replace part, waste time for you to come, check, detect, send request for part then order, wait, replace and then wait and watch until I log complaint again and again and again and keep dancing when YOU DON'T DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY nor as any Good engineer Know the Exact Problem.
                  Am done doing soft reset, factory reset, check router, internet speed, software update and all your EXCUSES not accepting YOUR FAULTY TV

                  So I request you to please do justice. Show some honesty towards humanity in general and put yourself in customer's shoe and imagine yourself dealing with complaints entertaining the calls text and personally the technician when you do your own

                        Dear Sir, I am using xiomi note 11 lite . As per your latest software updates MIUI 14, I have updated my phone through updates received on my phone. But after installing the new software, it is found that battery is draining very fast. In a 8 hrs it come to 20% from full charge. Earlier battery used to run for 24 hrs . MIUI 14 version has some bugs or issues in it due to which battery is draining fast. I have Redmi note 10 pro in which MIUI 14 is installed. The battery of same phone is also draining fast. So. Pl solve all the problems of MIUI 14 and than relaunch it after proper trials at your end. Pl let us know what we can do now with our phones.

                          I have purchased redmi 10pro max. After 2years i updated the software update given by the company. After the update my mobile camera and volume did not working. I have contacted their service centre. They are not responding to me. Now I need my camera and volume back. Not only me there are lacks of people affected by this problem. So please help me in this issue.

                            After updating the Miui 14 Global version in my mobile phone. The front camera stopped working. I visited to service center and they said that it's the fault of motherboard without even inspecting the device. And sometimes the device freezes and shows a message that MIUI stoped responding..

                              Ordered the phone with exchange of my old samsung galaxy m01 core. Mi uses cashify diagnose app during exchange of old phone. Delivery agent checked my phone & all were clear, but the cashify app says "rejected due to phone mismatch". Everything is correct from my side. Raised complaint with mi, they say contact cashify, cashify say contact mi. But I am not the one using the service of the app. So i don't know why I should do any of these. It's a prepaid order. Mi is doing nothing.

                                I am Eranna, bought POCO X3 pro, 2years ago. Suddenly, the phone got dead. I'm not understanding anything. After enquiring got to know, like me many are faced similar issue.
                                Yesterday, I went to visit mi service centre in Chanda Nagar, Lingampally, Hyderabad. Without inspecting, he said, mobile needs to change motherboard for that he said, will charge Rs.12000 and also said throughout India motherboard only change for this issue instead replacing component.
                                When I enquire outside, they are ready to change component.
                                My question is, 1. when outside service centres capable to replace component why can't you?
                                2. How do you release updates without proper inspection?
                                3. if Phone got damaged with your releases, at least you have to provide proper solution.why you are charging to customer ?
                                4. This is clearly manufacturing issue, in this case why you're not call back the product and repair it?
                                5. At least, why you're not giving low cost solution when customer bring notice to you?

                                I believe Xiaomi take right decision and compensate to me.

                                Hope Xiaomi don't loose customers.

                                BAD EXPERIENCE FOR POCO!!!

                                  Redmi tv 4k X43

                                  I bought a New Redmi tv 4K and facing backlit bleeding issue from day one reported to Xiaomi service yesterday but no response i want my tv to be replaced, worst product & service, Kindly intervene and help....

                                  My MI 5x 50 TV is not working from 4 weeks 9th april 23 and no resolution from service center, only once technician came on 11th april 23 and asked to change spare part, since then service center and Mi customer care are just asking to wait for 2-3 days for spare parts and again same response.
                                  They are giving false information too.
                                  since 11th april no one is responding to our complaint.

                                    It's been almost 1 and half months since I submitted my Poco X3 Pro to Mi pune Service Center, and still I haven't received the device they don't have the parts nor are they ready to replace my device and there are many cases where the issue persists even after replacing the entire motherboard. If Poco India doesn't have resources to repair such faulty motherboards manufactured by them it's not my lookout why would the customer suffers I've already raised a complaint on 7 April still my issue isn't resolved, and I've started to challenge this unfit professional misfit through legal framework as the poco support is just extending timelines upon timelines and vaguely answering without any confirmed date and update.

                                    After so many escalations
                                    I am Eranna, bought POCO X3 pro, 2years ago. Suddenly, the phone got dead. I'm not understanding anything. After enquiring got to know, like me many are faced similar issue.
                                    Yesterday, I went to visit mi service centre in Chanda Nagar, Lingampally, Hyderabad. Without inspecting, he said, mobile needs to change motherboard for that he said, will charge Rs.12000 and also said throughout India motherboard only change for this issue instead replacing component.
                                    When I enquire outside, they are ready to change component.
                                    My question is, 1. when outside service centres capable to replace component why can't you?
                                    2. How do you release updates without proper inspection?
                                    3. if Phone got damaged with your releases, at least you have to provide proper solution.why you are charging to customer ?
                                    4. This is clearly manufacturing issue, in this case why you're not call back the product and repair it?
                                    5. At least, why you're not giving low cost solution when customer bring notice to you?

                                    I believe Xiaomi take right decision and compensate to me.

                                    Hope Xiaomi don't loose customers.

                                    BAD EXPERIENCE FOR POCO!!!
