It's been 1.5 year for my POCO X3, recently updated to MIUI 13.0.1 after update my front camera not working at all.

I strongly believe we should file case against POCO INDIA for cheating customer.

I don't know why POCO charging for something that done by themselves not by customers.

My poco X3 pro dead two times sir and it's was in normal condition once it dead in warranty and second time it's dead when warranty period is over
It's not my fault it was in good condition
I want the replacement for redmi note 10 pro please

    I will use video toolbox but some app's don't show in video toolbox. this main reason of complain so please fix this problem with update

      Your sound system in 3.5 jack and Bluetooth sound is not good. samsung sound is better than xaiom and poco. compare your sound system with samsung sound. samsung is very better sound in Bluetooth and 3.5 jack so please improve your sound in poco x3

        4G+ but your conectivity is too weak network speed is bad (4g). why Xiaomi Poco mobile bad conectivity with any sim card ( Airtel Vi jio )

          I have purchased redimi mobile recently it got stucked while using and It is going off .I went to service centre in warangal.He is saying we have change mother board after third visit. Even after changing mother board the same problem has been started. He is saying ur saying lies . If we are saying lies then why did he say we have change mother board. We need some clarification on this . Today we gave mobile to service centre this is fourth time

              This issue starts from 13.0.4/5 update rolled out. Due to this all redminote10pro users are facing issue with front camera and now system UI not responding make it brick!.
              This is unfair trade as just after my warranty period this issue occurred.
              I'm not alone here, this issue is faced by all users check internet(Twitter Facebook YouTube) all are complaining same thing. It's the right time to raise complaint in consumer court.

                Poco X3 Pro is dead after the update and in replacement, the Poco X4 Pro is given, which is a total downgrade phone in comparison to the Poco X3 pro.
                and for me and others Poco X3 pro users, it is a great loss. We need a same-performance device!!. Giving high amount for poco x3 pro phone and getting downgrade phone as replacement because of company motherboard dead problem. It is a scam please help me, i cant buy a new phone

                  I purchased a MI 50" Tv online. 1 year before, with Tv warranty 1 year and 1 additional year warranty for panel.
                  Now after one year issue on Tv panel.., so I ask Mi service for panel.
                  But they asking me to pay Rs. 599 for technision charge for visiting. And they services.
                  I can't understand why should I pay if my tv in warranty period.., Xiaomi service center employee means, company salary employee they gots...

                  I repaired the camera glass.. Which was worth 199 ₹ but they charged me 647..which includes 350 service charge + 18% gst?

                  Seriously??

                  350 for a 199 ₹ thing.
                  This is way more than cheating the customers.
                  Really very much disappointed.
                  From next time, i will better contact a local repair shop....

                  My device poco M3 pro is now warranty period when I go to mi service centre near Chandni chowk metro Kolkata -72, without solved my problem they charged 118/- ruppe, and also they will charged 3652/- for if I want my phone problem solve, so why I will pay for that when my warranty period till alive,

                    Hello Xiaomi India

                    I have bought redmi note 10 pro Max on 4th may 2021 my phone worked okay for 15 months.

                    On August 4, 2022,
                    My system updater shows new
                    MIUI update ..after updating my phone didn't start..

                    I visit to mi service centre ( GTB Nagar) and they said the motherboard of the phone is dead you have to pay Rs. 12, 500 for a new one.

                    On 31 June 2021, I purchased POCO X3 PRO mobile but suddenly I got the some application Update from Company and I was Update my phone normally after that within a 4 hour after update mobile got Switch Off Automatically.                     On 23rd Sept 2021, I purchased POCO X3 PRO mobile but within a year mobile got dead. I visited service center and asked for the repair but seeing my mobile they said mobile won't get repair but will give new mobile i.e. POCO X4 PRO, but this device processor is less than POCO X3 PRO.
                    I requested them to repair my same device or else refund my money but they said I don't have other option even though my device is under warranty....

                    I have brought this phone in August 2021, within few months the started to hang, Auto on/off, Auto calling and scrolling hence 1st time I visited the service centre in October at mumbai, vashi they told that the problem is sorted and didn't even gave the job sheet.
