Xiaomi India — delay delivery and harassment. | |||
I ordered mi tv 4a (32 inch) in 24th of april. And it show that they delivered the product in estimate 5- 7 days after check my pin code. But after 10 the day of delivery i can't get my product. And whenever i call in mi customer service they put my call in hold after getting the order detail. And they directly deny to registered a complaint in that case. A complete unhuman behavior they show. And the other hand they told me to contact the courier company which is fedex (There show the delivery date is 3rd of may). But i can't get the product in this date too. I call the courier company but they didn't take my call or there show some network error. So now i am stand in nowhere. I want resolve my problem immediately. Or they pay the interest of my payment which is done byemi. Was this information helpful? | |||
