Xiaomi India — delay in installation of mi tv. order no.[protected]

I hv purchased mi 43 inch tv in flash sell dated 20.3.18 thru mi stores online. I received the tv also neatly packed on 26.3.18. As per xiomi india they will send their representive or tie up visit schedule as per coustomer convinience with in 48 hrs of delivery. The pack has to opened in front of their person else guarentee will not stand.in my case visit scheduled on 31.3.18 which did not happen i did not receive any call frommi india or their representive. What was reason i do not know. I was talking and mailing to their coustomer care every day. As per their communication visit rescheduled on 3.4.18 which also did not happen and same thing no call, no servise. Since then i am calling and mailing daily but i am not gettiing prper schedule only getting fake commitments, apology, with shortly and earliset assurances. But nothing is moving ahead. Today almost two weeks are passed and i do not know when it will happen. Please let me know what to do. I will have to try the installation of my own where i loose the guarentee in case of any issue with the piece. My money is blocked.

Mi4 Brought online on dated 1/7/2017 of IMEI no. [protected]/[protected] after 6 Months later phone & charger getting heated, there is no solution in MI, there is serious safety issue of phone, this type of issue I am very unhappy, upset on MI.
I Should not prefer MI to further.
I know it's really a frustrating thing, even when you got the new thing at home yet you can't do a thing to it because of the fear of losing it's warranty. And you my friend must be feeling this frustration since 26 march. I commend you.

As of today did they still not installed your TV?

Return it asap (as soon as possible).

Why i said that? Because Installation and Demo is done by Jeeves, they are also responsible for providing warranty services for Mi TV 4A. So if they are delaying your TV installation till now god knows if in future you face any problem with TV during warranty period, you may only guess how long they're gonna take to respond.

Otherwise learn to wait.

I purchased tv 43 inch from Mi home Madhapur store located in Hyderabad Telangana..its been 5 days i have raise the installation request daily iam information to customer nobody responding proper when i asked about technition showing its shows mi store staff are least bother about the complaint even customer care employees are not helping in the installation process, we calling customer care more then 10 times since last 3 days. Kindly do needful.
I have purchased Mi TV43 inch from Mi Store located at Ambience Hall Gurgaon.
I call customer care inorder to install my TV, they told me it will take 3-5 days inorder to get install.
What is the use of buying Smart TV which will be lying useless for 3-5.
This is the service which you provide to customer and You are being call Number no 1
I am very disappointed with you service and you need to do something, I hope you will get time to read my email
