Xiaomi India — Delay in mobile repair and poor response of service | |||
Dear Sir, I brought Mi3 in august last year from flipkart. After using few months its camera stop working and I submitted it to customer service in Indore M.P.on April 2015 but problem of camera was not solved completely and with that another problem of charging occurred. Because of that I again send it to customer service center Indore (m.p.). after receiving a new problem of display occur, my mobile screen turn blue, so again submitted mobile to service center and for that problem. After few day they return my mobile and within few hours my mobile stop functioning completely. I again submitted mobile to customer service center on 20 may 2015 but sill my mobile is not repair by them. Its been 2 months and the problem of my mobile is not solved and the response of customer service center is very poor.
