Xiaomi India — delivering wrong product

Hi, Its vishal Bhande, recently i ordered Redmi Note 7, from Mi.com official website and i received this product on 8th april at My home town which is Kannad, Aurangabad-431103.

as i ordered this product for my sister to gift her on her birthday which is on 18th Apr 2019. so i requested my friend to not open parcel to keep it untouchable .
and as long as i knew genuineness of Mi.com i didn't care about product.

so my friend take my product at my home and i decided to create video o[censored]n-boxing redmi note 7. i shoot video and after unboxing the parcel i was shocked because first time Mi.com send me "product which was not ordered by me"

so today i raised complaint i know Mi.com will take action on this and give me replacement on product. below i attached video and also product details .

policy is policy its not protocol that u can't break or change for it i need my ordered mobile i spent 11999 its my hard earned money not yours ok so i need mobile not anything else
