Xiaomi India — denied to provide acknowledgement letter | |
Hi, This complain is related to the following complain https://www.consumercomplaints.inflipkart-is-flipkart-become-a-fraud-company-c1874792 Flipkart and xiaomi india is making fool of indian customers. I got a redmi 5a from xiaomi. It is a defective phone. So i asked flipkart for replacement. They are not doing the replacement. They just want to pass on 10 days. On chat with mi support they suggest me to visit to mi service center at nearest to get a letter of acknowledgement. So now i visited to mi service center today. I told them the issue and said them to provide me acknowledgement letter. They started to investigate and after passing 1 hour. They confirmed the issue and side mother board is defective but denied to give any letter. They said sorry but we dont have authority to write anything on letter pad. Now, i got sure that are more eager to repair it. They offered me someone of doc certificate but warned me that after that your warranty will become void and flipkart may revoke the replacement. I asked flipkart regarding this: they said dont do this. So the motive of both companies is very clear they want to take back the defective phone just somehow want to pass the replacement warranty time and after that you will only have choice to get repaired the product. These chinese companies are looting our money and making fool o[censored]s. Now its upto you guys to go with them or not. I shared my recent case with them to aware to all of you.
