Xiaomi India — Did not get service after sales

Pathetic after sales service. Somebody should tell their india heads that their valuable customers are roaming like headless chicken. No professionalism, no service level agreement, no commitment. They don't have parts to repair phones. Xiaomi only knows to sell phones by creating hype. Soon they will receive legal notice. I am also going to sue them. I want my phone replaced n my contact email is [protected]@gmail.Com
