Xiaomi India — faulty handset y1 (4gb + 64gb) | |||||
Xiaomi y1 handset was booked on 15th nov (Order no. [protected]), delivery of the same was made on 21st nov (After 5 days). After receiving the handset, while trying to register my gmail id getting message - could not sign in, there was a problem communicating with google servers. Even i was not able to open the play store in the same. When contacted the customer care response was - please go to service center. Call to customer care was made within the 2 hrs after receiving the handset. Please look in to the matter. As i am not satisfied with the response from customer care. Handset received in faulty stage and needs to be either replaced or money should be return It’s been more than 72 hrs and after receiving the faulty handset there is no solution provided. What i got is – one faulty handset, few mail on solution which is of no use. Did not think that a reputed company like xiomi can loot the customer in such a way. When i asked for the refund the its come to company policy, what about the customer, does your company policy say to harass the customer or not to give any solution to the customer. I was told to go to service centre for the solution. Brand new handset and you are going to service centre, is this justify the cost you are taking for the handset.
