Xiaomi India — Faulty product and bad experience with service center and even worse experience from customer support | |||||
I purchased this device and now right after usage of 3 weeks the display goes off completely.. I go to the service center in Noida sector 18, India and the person there took my phone and started opening it in front of me despite me telling him not to do it.. so he opens up the phone took it inside and was back in 30 seconds saying it has started working and that I can take it back. I called up customer care to complain about this and to exchange the faulty device they said that I have purchased it from flipkart.com so I must call them and that they would not able to help me.. I mean is this not your brand? your responsibility to take care of your customer's problems? So it's been 3 days from the incident and I have faced this problem 3 more times, the display goes off and comes back again. And no one to help me out, I just don't want to keep a faulty phone. I mean the display problem is a major problem. We are supposed to love our phone it is supposed to give us a good experience and I hate it, my work suffers a lot due to this. I want refund or want this replaced.. can anyone help me with this here.. Does any person with authority in MI checks this space for complaints...? Please help me out here...
