Very fragile device. I purchased this device about a month back and I have hardly used it. It fell from my car seat to car floor (which has rubber carpet) and cracked. Service center took more than 15 days to repair it and in that period i got no updates, their phone wasn't reachable, it was only ringing and no one responded etc etc.
They day i collected the phone 20th Oct 2016 from marathalli mi service center. Battery was 0% charged. They plugged in i got few mins to check it I couldn't notice the hairline crack on right corner nor could i test the device for long because it wasn't charged. I think i trusted their service too much. I thought everything must be alright, why would they cheat me?
When i came home and attached it to charger i noticed that display isn't proper and crack was visible. Service center response was very rude and they kept blaming me. As if i was interested in breaking my phone again and spend 2700 again.[protected] customer care took forever to respond. even today i haven't heard from them. My question is if service center had replaced a fault free lcd then did the device just crack on its own inside my purse? It is that fragile? By the way battery performance is not as promised in specs
I would like to return this device and get appropriate refund ASAP.
