Xiaomi India — Given poor mobile handset and not refunding money | |||||
Dear sir, Date of incident - 12th dec 2016 Client number - mi india customer service Website: www.mi.com/in Hotline:[protected] Full description - I have ordered xiaomi redmi 3 s online and it reached me on 12th dec 2016. When i checked it it is having very poor camera quality. They mentioned 13mp back and 5 mp front but the camera is not even of 1 mp resolution. After checking 1 day, i immediately call customer care and also email them on 14th dec 2016. I asked them for retuen and refund my amount since the product is very poor quality and they received me amount of rs 9000/-. But they are suggesting me to do this and that, the options they told me, i have also done all that but the camera performance is same and also the mobile is heating. They are now not responding my email also, i have again mailed them to return and refund amount but they are not replying. Please help me sir. I need your support sir.
