Xiaomi India — got no resolution for tv replacement from xiaomi | |||
I've purchased a MI TV 4 on 29th of May from MI India Website in a Flash sale. Received the TV on 31st May through Blue dart courier. Installation was supposed to happen on 1st Jun which didn't happen and I had to call MI Support center for the same. The Installation executive visited my place on 2nd Jun after my complaint and started installing the TV. After everything is fixed, we found a patch on the screen which exactly looks a hardly pressed impression. I've informed the executive about the same and he acknowledged the same and boxed the unit again saying he would inform the MI team about the same. I tried reaching the customer support team for raising the issue, am told that the executive have not closed the case reporting the issue and call them back after some time. Finally after calling them multiple times, they've registered a complaint on 3rd Jun with a complaint numbered WOIN[protected]. Till date i didn't get any update on my replacement though I'm calling them multiple time daily. They are only telling me that backend team will reach you in the afternoon/evening who never reached me and my request moved no where further. They are even not letting me know the SLA for the resolution. I'm feeling this as a mental torture. Please do the needful to get this resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
