Xiaomi India — I am complaining about the service centre of xiaomi

I have a xiaomi mi4i bought from flipkart. i was facing charging issues in phone so took it to the xiaomi service centre in ahmedabad. they checked the phone and said something is wrong with the motherboard so it will have to be changed n said it will tak 12 to max 15 days. now its been always 20 days and i have called them many times but they always say the part is not available and it will take 10 more days and were too rude as if they did not care and i have borrowed a phone from a friend for 12 days n its been already 3 weeks n ibdnt have a phone now. job sheet no is: cgo5290
