Xiaomi India — I am not satisfied from xiaomi redmi note 3 they don't repair my mobile in a certain time of period.. | |||
Hello sir, I have purchase my mobile on 1 June 2016 from flipkart ... and i has a problem of auto hang on 2 July 2016... after that i have submit my mobile in mi service center ( XIAOMI EXCLUSIVE - noida, f2, f3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant, sector 18, noida ) on 16 July 2016 then they give me a expected date is 30 July 2016 when i call on 30 July 2016 in service center ( AJEET YADAV ) said that phone is not repair and give me 10 days more After 10 days i again call him they again say give me more 10 days AND again after 10 days i call so they say that give me more time when i ask how much they say that we also don't know how much time it takes During this period i have also call customer care no they always said that give mi more time more time .. they also don't know how much time they wants.. i have also mail to xiaomi to extend my warranty so the said that I am really sorry to say that we are unable to provide an exact date and also we cannot extend the warranty as it is not in the policy. at last i have to requested that please take action by which i have to get my mobile early or if it is not able to repair so please refund my money i am fully fed up from mi service center and customer care .
