Xiaomi India — I want replace my device | |||
I was bought a redmi note 4 on 20th december 2017 from mi.com. And i got it on 25th december. The received product is faulty. I complained my device faults on same day, and i want replacement. Device every time automatically power off. I can't use the device. Because the device not stay on standby. I tried 18th time in mi team. No one respond for me. Still now 8 days gone. I can't use my device. My money is gone. I want compensation and replace my device.
