I bought redmi note 4black 64 go mobile from flipkart on 27/07/2017, im no [protected]. After use, understand, mic problem of this mobile, out going low sound of this mobile. I go 4 times servic center, intech solutions malda, west bengal, they changed the mic in front of me, but problem not solved. They told me to used the mobile some days, i used the mobile, but mobile not satisfied. Sir i want new good quality mobile replacement. Thanking you. Before i complained 2 times. You also survey. I went servicing centre, they told me, this problem can not be solved. Now I hopeless, what can I do, please justify and feedback me.
Give me feedback sir, service center told me, device is OK by force but mobile set is defective by mic.
What is the matter sir, will I use the mic defective mobile?
