Xiaomi India — I was requested a repalcement from mi.com 7 days ago, but not yet they pickup my phone.

I am a owner of redmi note 3 32 gb. But my front camera not working. I was bought it from mi.com. As their replacement policy i was request to replace this item. But till now its 7 days over. But yet they didnot picuk my faulty device. Every time when i call them they ask me to wait 1 or 2 days every time

Delivered date - 9 july 2016
Complain date 16th july 2016


So i request you to please see this matter as soon as possible
