Xiaomi India — I'm complaining about screen getting detach automatically | |||
I bought redmi note 4 in month of feb... Now my phone has got a dent at back of my phone where battery ends and my phone screen has started to get detach from the frame and side buttons has started to respond slow,,,, when i took to service center they said that may be your screen is getting detach coz u have put your phone in back pockets,,,,, nd they can't repair buttons unless i take risk of my screen which may cost me 3400 if it gets broken by them,,, they were too rude and i don't what sort of warranty it is if i have to give 3400 for my screen while it still in warranty Email:- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Purchase mobile 28th March 2017 Poornima banglore under warranty dispay not come your service centre Excelletcellular willson garden banglore On 14th Nov 2017 job no 1563 for servicing but after 45days same conditions return resion parts is not available. Now what I can do give me proper solutions

Contacts are getting merged in Redmi Note3, 2 - 3 contacts are merged into another contact and causing lot of trouble. I am not able to dial urgent calls and even calls are getting displayed by some other name. I tried the solution provided on Google but nothing worked for me.
