Xiaomi India — Irresponsible service providers not giving the phone back | |||||
I'm owning MI4i 32gb purchased from Amazon.in on 17th September 2015 for Rs 14, 999, Invoice no -KA-BLR[protected].Before 2 months it not getting switched on after charging.I gave it to the authorized service center of MI locating Cochin, and they requested to wait 30 days for clearing the board complaint of my phone, now one month and two more weeks gone. I patiently co-operated with them till completing the time period provided by the service center and contacted.They replied that my phone's part is not arrived and need to wait a week more.I waited and contacted again, disappointed they haven't any ideas about when the part comes.And now a days they are not even answering my call too. Now i don't know what to do.I think am cheated by Xiaomi. Will I get any good if am going through legal procedures?Recently i found a Facebook page MI Complaints, and I understood that am not only the victim of this local China company.I can't wait anymore, really frustrated with the company's customer support.
