Xiaomi India — issue with mi phone and submitted to salt lake service center and returned with broken back cover

My phone is hanging like anything even touch is also not working

Given to service center for checking and they have done the software and returned with broken back cover and issue also not resolved

Model number : redmi7 comment blue -2/32

I have bought this from amazon on 10th jun19

This is the 3rd time i am visiting this service centre and no solution till now
