I again Yesterday[protected] visit to MI Authorised service Center at Begumpet and submitted by device

I am sending my invoice copy once again, due to my problem is when ever I update my software, the devise required reboot. Then after the devise locked immediately.
So, please unlock complete my device, then I able to update my device.
Already Two times unlock the device. So, I want change my mail ID and mobile number.
So, please unlock the device permanently.
