Poor service... I am highly disappointed with the customer service MI have provided to me. I have order a MI band 5 and received it on 24-July which was a faulty product. I lodged a complaint to replace or fix the product and had a word with one of your executive[protected] i checked with him I am a health work having a busy time schedule in these corona times let him know about my busy schedule that i have to specifically spare some time to go to the service center and he assured me that i can go to the nearest service centre in gurugram i have also attached the msg for your reference ( Your request has been submitted successfully! When i reached to the service center your executive confirmed that do not have Mi band 5 in stock i can go and check after couple of day about its availability. This is highly frustrating and disappointing because of your faulty product why should customer have to suffer? I dont have all the time to go there again and again to check weather the product is available or not. I need you guys to please look into this on urgent basis and fix this asap.
