I went to mi service centre for repair my mi bluetooth speaker on 27/08/2016 and they took my speaker and said after 20 day you contact us and when i contact them they said from now 20 days more and till toady i didn't get my speaker.

And i called customer care they said if stock is over then how they provide the speaker. please help me out i am facing problem

my mobile Xiomi Redmi note prime purchase by Amazon seller, E mobiles Bangalore invoice No purchase on 27 Dec 2015 not working after 6 month of purchase please provide the original Retail invoice with Phone IMEI No which has been loast.
