Xiaomi India — mi box 4 4k not working | |
I purchased the xiaomi box 4 on 13th may and it got delivered on 15th may around 12 pm and i get the device set up by 3 pm. I noticed that the prime video is not playing audio and no video is visible, i tried 3-4 times and it has a similar experience. I contacted xiaomi on the email around 3:30 pm the same day, i got a response on monday that you have to contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. I guess sending emails after 3:30 hrs is under the 24 hours time period. After 3 days, they're saying i have to go to the service center to get the device checked but need to take a prior appointment. We have corona all around and the company is forcing me to visit the service center, the police are hard-hitting people if they're going out of these non-urgent concerns. But still, i asked officials for the approval but now i am not seeing the option to book an appointment for the mi box 4 product on the website in my area. This is the second time i am having issues with the xiaomi product and the response from the company. Now, i want to return back the product and need a full refund for this. I cannot get myself hit by the police officials where the company doesn't provide a better service to their customers. Was this information helpful? | |
