Dear sir last 15/1/2016 i send one complaint about my xiaomi i mobile missing case their service center, sir still date i don t get any mail& any call from xiaomi side.Sir i think they don t want see customer after service. They want their mobile sale in india.Sir i don t think mi they will help me on this case. Almost 75 days over my mobile missed in their service center .Pls give a advice what do next. Customers are not fulfill with your services everytym when i try to purchase spare it appears out of stock you people launch the products and dont supply the spare
Mi Service is useless.
I have received redmi Note 4 mobile and it is damaged. As Mi 10 days replacement policy i have raised a compliant[protected]. Now 14 days completed. There is no action taken my Mi.
If you are selling more mobiles and you should provide service too.
Otherwise it is wast.
So if any one want to buy Mi mobile buy no problem. But don't expect service..
