Xiaomi India — Mi india is not doing anything about my phone | |||||
I bought a mi phone 3 months ago from snapdeal and it got damaged after 1 month only. Problem was that it was not taking charge. I gave it to service centre in park street kolkata. The job sheet that they provided said that complaint will be resolved in 15 days. Its been about 2 months now and i don't see any progress from their side. Hotline number is not working and their chat support doesn't connect very well. I don't know what should i do. I have tried calling them hundreds of time but it always says busy. I live in burla in odisha and going to kolkata to communicate with service centre is not easy. I prefer hotline or chat support amd it seems to be mi's tactics to hold their customers. Job sheet no. It is heating while charging gaming & on internet use it heats so much on video calling . I just want to return this handset
