Xiaomi India — MI MAX MOBILE not working and no action on replacement for 10 days

Hi,

I bought a Mi Max mobile on line and its just waste of money and wasting my time and energy.

Back btns not working properly and I need restart mobile so much time in a day. Yday on side volume btn also started to have trouble.

No incoming call also not getting and this is too much from MI.

Complaint number as below:-
[protected] dtd 6th sept 2016. No call rcvd still and I called customer care teb times and no use at all. Waste customer care.
See screen shot of fail report and trouble time screen.
Another Complaint [protected]. No action.
Looking immediate action and give back my money without anymore delay.

Purchase Bill copy attached.
Test failure report attached - test as told by customer care.

WHY IT TAKES SO MUCH TIME TO CLEAR THE ISSUES...???
SUCH A SLOW SYSTEM...

REVERT BACK ON MOBILE REPLACEMENT OR MONEY BACK
ALSO REVERT BACK ON MY SCREEN GUARD

also my mobile is attached with screen guard glass which is costing rs.600 and either fux the same in replacement mobile it pay back rs.600 to me.

when this will be picked???

I would also like to inform you that the reverse pick up will be attempted only once from our side and if the attempt is failed, so the cost of sending product to the warehouse is to be bared by you. So I would request you to follow the below mentioned procedure to replace the device.:-

• Please pack the product in the original box with the all the accessories or else it will not be considered for RVP (Reverse Pick and drop) .
• The invoice needs to be kept inside the Box.
• Please mention the amount value of your product as INR 4900/- on the box, since the device is defective now.
• Mention the warehouse address over the box.

Warehouse Address :
Xiaomi Logistics, C/O DHL Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd, Plot Nos. 193-197, 254-258, 137, 248-249 Jigani Link Road, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore 562106, Karnataka.

Once the device reaches our warehouse then it will take 5-7 working days for the replacement.
