I bought my mi tv 2 months before. Its not working well it's screen get a patch, unable to connect mirror casting, working very slowly, suddenly screen become black & get restart itself.. I registered a complaint and accordingly your engineer should have to visit on 26th october 2019 between 9 am to 12 noon. I tried his number[protected] at least 50 times but he didn't reply/attend my call.. Today is 28th but nobody visited... What kind of service you provide to your valuable customers...
