Xiaomi India — Mi note 3 bought on 18-may-2016. given to service center on 24-aug-2016 due to faulty motherboard. no response even after about 2 months | |||||
I bought this mi note 3 phone from amazon on 18-may-2016. After only 3 months it started giving problem. Issue - abnormal shutdown every 2 - 3 hours. And every night it would shutdown automatically. Took it to service center 'infotel services, kolkata-700091, india'. Was informed that motherboard is faulty and need replacement. I submitted phone with service center on 24-aug-2016, and it is 19-oct-2016 today. So for approx two month neither have i got back my phone nor have i any status as to when i will get my phone back. Also, i have thus already lost 2 months of warranty period already. Was this information helpful? | |||||
