Xiaomi India — Mi note 3 | |||||
Purchased Redmi note3 four days back. Its was hanging, turning off, says no network even in full netwotk lines, so i called Mi customer care they said do mi version update . First of all it should give me the set with all the updates updated, for i have not taken second hand mobile. Some problems got resolved after doing update. But then again while i was playing video automatically google pop opens and stops my video... So i asked customer care to simply return as m highly unsatisfied with this mobile. Cuatomer care said they can Not return mobile as per policy but they can replace and for that i have to visit service centre, wherein on site its mentioned for replacrment it will be picked up from ur delivery location...they want me to keep running to there service centre for a brand new mobile.fraud information on site about the replacement procedure Was this information helpful? | |||||
