I have ordered a mi pad 16 GB from MI Store using Cash on Delivery option. When I opened the pack, I noticed that box seal is broken and clearly it was fixed so that it should look as fresh box (printed alphabets on seal are not teared but sticker was). I haven’t opened the box after that. Product from MI Store seems as fake or refurbished as seal it broken and packaging is poor. I have taken snapshot of received product, please find attached photos of delivered product. I have paid 11, 000 rs. Now I am worried. No replacement is done after 20 days. Request you to please take necessary action.
