Xiaomi India — Mi redmi 2 prime serivce repairing issue | |||
Hi, I had purchased MI Redmi 2 Prime from Amazon Last year on 19 February 2016. The phone was working fine till last month. Suddenly in last week of December, it went off and was not switching on. As customer care suggest, I had given it to Service centre . They said there was a problem with motherboard and replaced the Mother board of it. Then after 2 days my Camera was not working. Again I went to Service centre again they repaired it and gave it back. Now I am facing the problem with the calling. Suddenly while talking on phone, it goes in to Microphone mode automatically. When I showed it to the service centre now, They are saying again they will replace the motherboard. I am fed up of contacting your Service centre again and again and they are not providing a permanent solution to it. My concern is that if this continues to happen, what am I supposed to do after warranty period is over. Can I get a permanent solution for this. As I am facing a lot of problem because of the poor service done by the local service centre again and again. Expecting an earliest reply on this. I order power bank but i received part of order and tahn oli file a complaint but no resolution is provided by the company and than i sent complaint latter to mi India but no reply received from the company and i also mentioned docket no of complaint on consumer care help line
