Xiaomi India — mi redmi 7a call hold issue

I purchsied new redmi 7a mobile. When we doing call it's automatically on hold.
I visited many times in local support they do format but it's not resolved. I have 2 3 service record and complaint no. But it's not resolved.
Local service center move to online support and online support move to local service support.
Imei/serial no:- [protected]
Kindly replace device.
