Xiaomi India — mi router 2 | |||||
I bought this product from xiaomi india via their app on 17th oct 2017 the product was delivered to me on 19th oct 2017. I was out of station so i could check the product on 23rd oct and found that it is not working and i placed a complaint via email to them. Incident no.[protected] was raised by them for replacement of the product, one mr. Sandesh sahu from their team spoke to me on phone on the 25th oct and promised that it will be replaced and he said that their replacement team will get in touch with me. They did initiate a pickup through bluedart bu the request was cancelled from their end on the 30th oct. I am still waiting for a replacement till 1st nov 2017.
