I have bought MI Tv on 02Oct-2021 and the Order number is[protected] with warranty of 1 Year standard warranty and year 2022, had register complaint on TV screen not functioning ( Complaint no: TVIN[protected] and panel not replaced by local distributor & he repaired & installed back the old one and complaint closure from our dealer end & as a customer we didn't sign off /agreed for repair completed .Again we placed a complaint now ( No: TVIN[protected] and continuous follow-up thorough customer service and no one attended the complaint and dealer closed the complaint now .
No clarifications given on my compliant by customer service or dealer and put us embarrassing situation Was this information helpful? |
