Xiaomi India — Mi4i bad phone - not getting repaired by company

I had purchased one phone mi4i from flipkart on 23 april 2015.

This phone stopped charging in april 2016. It was under warranty. Sent to company service centre but they coul dnot repair. Given first on 5th april, then again on 9th april and then on 16th april. Since then it is with them.

I am asking them to change the instrument as 3 times repaired is doubtful. They dont listen.
Xiaomi is a rogue company. They done listen to their customers.
