Xiaomi India — Mi4i given for repair not yet received

My name is ANEESH SUSHANT BEHERA. PH NO. [protected] email id- [protected]@gmail.com i have given my xiaomi Mi4i (white)colour at Xiaomi service centre Bhubaneswar Address: B-2, Janpath Tower, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar - 756009, Orissa Service Center Phone Number:[protected] / [protected]. I gave my phne under the case that my battery is not working, my phne is under warrenty still they said that i will have to pay a sum of 1200 rupees, i said ok because i had to have it fixed, my receipt / jobsheet number is 9858, and gave it on 15th december 2015, they said that it would hardly take 10-15 days, but all that time passed. after 10 days i called them and asked when i would get my phone, everytime i call, they say 7 more days...7 more days, . Its been said to me about 4 times, i am really frustruated by their service. Please help me.
