Xiaomi India — Mi4i Phone in service center since 2 months..no committed date | |||||
Xiomi should be banned in India for sales, they are not capable to take care of after sales service. Worst service ever. I bought Mi4i Phone thru Flip kart on 26th June 2015. on 28th September 2015 morning i noticed the display not working and handed over to ENSURE SUPPORT Services(Authorized by Xiomi) and taken acknowledgement. now it is almost two months after i handed over to service center, today after great difficulty my call connected to service center, still they are telling that they do not know when the spare parts will come form xiomi and they are not committing any date. i called up xiomi customer care, they are also not able to say anything and asking me to wait for months out of 1 year warranty they are kept already 2 months.
