Xiaomi India (ML) — Power bank 10400mah | |||||
I purchased MI power bank 10400 MAh on 18/10/2014 and one more on 20/10/2014 through Flipkart after using both the products I had problem with the both the power bank. I contacted customer care to solve the issue they made me to run the corners of Chennai MI service center and the service center informed me that power bank cannot be serviced and informed me to contact the customer care I called them and informed them they agreed to replace both the power bank with a new one. My first complaint number is 2936 Dated 03/02/2014 and the second one is 3295 Dated 20/02/2014 then the service center combined my both complaint into one complaint and given 62779 as Ticket number Dated 10/03/2015. Still now as company agreed they did not replaced the product or refunded my amount I paid for it. For the past nine months company is frustrating me and not responding my several requests. I kindly request the consumer forum of India to take action against the company for selling poor quality product in online and do not respond customer complaint on product and close the issues at right time. Regarding this I also mailed to the Times Now Paper editor to publish the sufferness I faced with MI company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
