[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Money hasn't refunded yet.

On 13th January 2022 I order a smart phone of rupees 10, 199 and after the money was initiated to mi. Store from my bank. But due to issue I have to cancel the product on the same day of 13th January 2022. Now when I called mi service for help they said they will refund it on 17-18 of January but I haven't received that when I called them on 18th January 2022 they said they are searching about the problem and they will call me on 19th of January 2022 before 11:00 AM but I haven't received any call yet. When I called them on 19th January 2022 about the order they said they will not return my money and and neither they will send the product and said it's useless to call to mi services.

On 13th January 2022 I placed an order and on the same day after 15 min I cancelled the order because of some issues and I got my refund back on 21st of January 2022 nearly around 11AM.

Updated by Ratan18 On 20th January 2022 I called on Mi Customer Care Services and asked them to tell me about my refund status and they said as we cannot found anything related to you problem we are raising a complaint again and you will get the response from the Back end team till 25th of January 2022. They all frauds I think I am not going to get back my money as I have raised a complaint on 17th of January 2022 they said it will be resolved till 21st of January 2022 but I neither I got a call neither I have got the money back. It's around days. Please someone help me i need help... Mi services are full of scams and frauds.

Updated by Ratan18 Finally on 21st January 2022 I got my refund back around 11:00 Am and I am really happy and I can't express my happiness. I was really tensed because it was too big amount. :)
