Xiaomi India — More than a month but mobile phone not repair till now

Dear Concern, This is to inform you that my name is rahul & i have purchase redmi 2 mobile by flipkart on[protected] and after four months. it's touch screen not working & i have submit my phone in your xiaomi authorized service center(satyam communication Address: J-34, Basement, Sec-18, Noida-201301, Uttar Pradesh Service Center Phone Number:[protected] / [protected] ) in[protected]. till date i have no response by service center. Everytime i call to service center & they said sir we have not received part by xiaomi please wait for 7-10 day. Job sheet no. (OTA/XM/15/04001). And i have also contact in your customer care. they said that sir please wait & keep in touch with service center. Xiaomi customer care ticket no. 524996. please do the needful. this is worst/pathetic service provide by you & please resolve my issue ASAP.
