Xiaomi India — My device, Redmi Note 3 mobile is not working properly. Other person is unable to listen my voice properly | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am SRINATH GORANTLA, I am using Xeiomi Redmi note 3 mobile of 2 GB RAM. Since 1 week I am facing problem like the other person on call is telling that he is unable to listen my voice properly while I can here his voice properly. I can't understand why this is happening. Can you please help me in solving this problem. My mobile number is +91-[protected] from Telangana state. I purchased this mobile phone in the month of April 2016. From your statement as mentioned above, your phone mike was not working properly. so that the receiver end could not hear your voice properly. For this u have to visit the nearest Xiaomi India service center with bill (If the product is under Warrentee). The service center address were available in their website. They would help u to sort out the issue.
